got the “above my pay grade” from Skeezy and went to Hardwrench hideaway and Sassy does not show the quest. She does not show any quests at all. Could this be a phase issue or did I miss some kind of Pre-requisite ? Ideas ???

[FIXED] Sassy Hardwrench missing / “Above My Pay Grade” bug after race change to Goblin
Hey everyone, I finally managed to fix the issue where Sassy Hardwrench was missing in the Cape of Stranglethorn and the quest [Above My Pay Grade] couldn’t be turned in.
I’ve seen a lot of people stuck with the same problem, especially those who race-changed to Goblin or didn’t go through the original Kezan/Lost Isles storyline.
Here’s what worked for me 
The problem:
Sassy Hardwrench wasn’t visible at the Hardwrench Hideaway, even though the quest marker was there.
I could see Espoleta Chaveforte (Hardwrench NPC) but couldn’t interact or complete any quests, and Zidormi didn’t appear anywhere in the zone.
The fix:
It turned out I still had an unfinished Goblin quest chain from a different zone:
Quest name: Pequenos Amigos, Grandes Negócios (in English: Little Friends, Big Business)
That quest starts a vehicle sequence where you travel to a Goblin city (it’s part of the Bilgewater storyline).
You need to complete that entire quest chain all the way until the final quest:
Recompensa Adequada / A Proper Reward
After finishing A Proper Reward, I returned to the Cape of Stranglethorn — and Sassy Hardwrench appeared in the correct place, allowing me to turn in Above My Pay Grade normally.
Tip:
If you can’t see Sassy Hardwrench and have no Zidormi nearby, check your quest log for any Goblin-related quests from Bilgewater Cartel or starting zones (even from Orgrimmar).
Completing them might fix your phase and unlock the correct version of the zone.
Hope this helps others stuck in the same situation!
I’ve also opened a ticket to let Blizzard know this phasing issue still exists for race-changed Goblins.
