Issue with Helm Socket TWW

Anyone else having issue getting the helm socket to work? When I try to use the socket, it shows the helm greyed out and if try to use the socket anyway it says “this item cannot be modified”. I am probably just missing something simple.

Heya! So I think I’ve read that if you have PvP gear that’s been converted into Tier, or some odd items like Timewalking items that have been converted into tier the socket doesn’t work on it… I know this is probably intended for PvP given recent gem changes, but I don’t think it’s intended off Timewalking gear/conversions?
