How the Item Was Obtained:
The item was looted from one of the Celestial world bosses on the Timeless Isle.
Expected Result:
The item should still be available on my character, either in my inventory, bank, mailbox, or other storage.
Actual Result:
The item has disappeared and can no longer be found on my character.
