Issue 132 since patch day

Hello team!

I have the dreaded 132. It has no rhyme or reason behind the crash. Sometimes I see it nearly once every couple of minutes while other times I can go hours before having a crash.

After doing some troubleshooting and following the steps posted here: https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/8288, I’ve pasted the crash dump onto pastebin. This dump should be right after running the game without addons and even trying a repair of the game.

None of my components are overheating - and I’ve recently updated drivers. Could I get some help in determining what the root cause of this one could be?

The memory could not be “written”.

Did you uninstall the security software? Disabling may not do the trick. Some people were having issues with Avast.

You could also try a new admin account on Windows.

I can’t uninstall Windows Defender, but I also didn’t try disabling it either. I will give that a shot today and see what my results are.

Did disabling Windows Defender make a difference? I use it as well but even though I had 2 crashes today, the last scan was well before them.

It seemingly helped but I got another crash today. To be fair, that may have been caused by me not having it completely off. I’ll follow up on this thread in a few days and let everyone know.

having 132 issues as well and currently reinstalling the game…

Only started having this issue since 2 or 3 days ago I’ve tried pretty much everything imaginable and still waiting on a ticket with my msinfo, dxdiag, crash log and memtest results and seeing if they are able to recommend something I haven’t already tried, will update if I find anything that helps/fixes the issue
