Island Instance Bug

I’ve been trying to do Island Expeditions on this character all night. I get stuck on the loading screen, and eventually get back to the Island table with an “Instance not found” message. My party mates seem to be able to get in every time but for whatever reason I can’t, no matter how many times I try to teleport to dungeon.

This is all followed by me being put on a random dungeon cooldown. Come on guys, this sort of thing should not be happening.

This is happening to me as well

Stuck at 0 load progress, I have to force quit out of the game. Coming back in puts me in the group, but sitting in Zuldazar at the table. Clicking the ‘enter dungeon’ option gets me either a stuck in another unsuccessful load or with the message ‘another character already exists’ message. Only option is deserter timer.
