how well would this work, or would i just end up having to go back to do the quests for wq unlock anyway
I’m leveling my rogue through exps right now. I won’t bother with rep because in 8.1 it’ll be account-wide anyway.
Until 115 it was a breeze.
Then scaling kicked in and because I’m not getting gear upgrades I still have 110 pieces while being scaled at 119, so it’s pretty rough. Can barely solo regular elites, sometimes even need defensives for regular trash. The exp is decent, 8-10% per exp, I’m mainly doing it to also snatch some pets and hopefully mounts.
Draw your own conclusion whether it’s worth it for you.

I’ve heard it’s relatively easy but once rested xp it becomes pretty much worthless. I just leveled my alt from 110-120 through straight questing (I wanted to be able to WPvP while I leveled) and it only took a couple evenings online.
