Is "YES, CHEF" from the movie, "The Menu?"

Yes.

Perhaps you should go back and try again. Take your time and sound out the big words.

You should respect those who serve in a military unit.

Why would you be silly enough to even contemplate the idea of a commercial kitchen being as dangerous as a Front line mess tent?

Who said anything about disrespect? I’m sure there are plenty of wonderful folks in the military, right next to all the monsters. But don’t sit there and act like men and women in uniform have some monopoly on suffering or are the only ones that have ever had to duck live fire or something. They are not special, no matter what people on tv tell you.

Wild effing ride right here.

Naw, shake it off.

You wouldn’t catch me working on a kitchen on a bet, it’s hard work.

It isn’t, however, a battlefield.

You really should try to read just the words that are actually there.

Remember, that hug’s still available.

Ever had a best mate growing up that gets blown up all over you ???.

Keep telling yourself that your life is a war zone.

Such an amazing and Fugged up movie…

I…have, and all I see is someone using snark to try and prop up a none-sense point “huuur, a kitchen kitchen isn’t LITERALLY a battlefield though!!” Like, is the whole point of that really just soaring that far above your head? The point was a kitchen can be stressful. You can get seriously injured in one, all you have are your fellow chefs to fall back on and it comes with the job…kinda like…wait, a soldier! On a battlefield!!!

Also also, let’s not pretend wars aren’t largely waged on civilians in the last what, 40 years or so? Oh yes, the G.I’s are unable to sleep at night worrying about the enemy tanks that could roll up any second. They have so much to fear from the aircraft that the enemy has just been waiting to deploy for twenty years! Ultimate sneak attack, any second now!

Go back and try again.

This time maybe you could ignore the words that aren’t actually there.

No, but I’m sure there are millions of folks who have seen someone they loved get…unalived prematurely. Why do you think that is some special military thing?

I have heard from some of my veteran friends who now work as chefs in restaurants, that they much prefer being stationed out in a warzone than in a kitchen when there is high pressure.

I am convinced you have to be a “troll” , there is no other way to explain away this deliberate broad set of none-statements you keep replying with. At the very least they deserve to be mocked. “Comparing a kitchen to a battlefield is offensive.” Well why? “Because bro. Trust me.”

Well, you also think I was putting down kitchen work, so, let’s just say that, at best, your reading comprehension isn’t what it could be

Bless your heart.

No no, you don’t get to backpedal on that. It’s literally right above us. Both you and some classic andy both implied (then outright said) that kitchens and battlefields are not comparable (even though we just walked you through what the “comparisons” are.) then you implied that soldiers are just…so far above what a cook is (even though most your brothers and sisters in arms probably came from similar backgrounds and are likely a part of the bottom ten percent of any graduating class.) so where exactly did my comprehension fail me? I see that you tried to jump on a clearly exaggerated point and try to grandstand for the military. Was it that part?

Quote it then.

At least cooks provide some benefit to the world. US military always attacks those who cant fight back to plunder/steal/occupy, what’s stressful about that? Thats why NATO currently getting its butt kicked by Russia as NATO nations slide into 2nd world inflation/oblivion.

Reminder --- The United States just ended their 20 year war in Afghanistan, they lost to the Taliban, left humiliated and the Taliban didn't have NATO backing them.

Great movie. But that movie is based off Gordon Ramsey’s shows as is the “Yes Chef” in-game.
