If a warrior fears you, it’s usually done to interrupt your cast or something similar, right? After that they’ll start damaging you again, so the effect will be cut short. How does WoTF help you in this situation?
A priest will only fear you if you get close to them or they get close to you, something that shouldn’t happen normally for obvious reasons. Mainly because both of you don’t wanna be near each other (Priests want distance, don’t wanna be Nova’d, etctera). So even if they DO end up fearing you, they’ve done so on purpose because they’re PvPing within a group, so WoTF won’t really help you againt an organized group focusing you down.
The only real problem here is the warlock, I think. But they’ll fear-spam you, or anyone, in their path. You can block one fear but they’ll keep doing it over and over while melting you down with DoTs.
I’m not saying WoTF is bad. By all means, it’s a GREAT racial for PvP, especially for melee classes such as Rogues. But is that really necessary for Mages? Is it really gonna make that much of a difference for people ranking up in the PvP Ladder through BGs, wPvP?
