Yes it’s dead as it should be for horde! Alliance play on the main server WG and horde play on the alt server CS! Hope you have a great day Atana 
Why not log in and see for yourself? You think you will get a proper answer on this forum full of trolls? But no it’s isn’t dead. The new rune vendor has brought a lot of new players who are leveling their first character as well as alts.

It’s not dead, but the numbers have certainly dwindled down on the horde side. World Buffs are tougher to come by, levelers are few and far between and I see mostly Ally on the boat anymore from BB to Ratchet, lol.
It used to be around 60/40 (horde led ratio) but now it’s probably around 70/30 (alliance led ratio)
