I am trying this hero spec but I do much less damage than riders, even vampiric strike does much less damage than clawing shadow, so am I missing something here?
Riders seems to be underwhelming for PvE wise but great in PvP. But, all I know that others mentioned before that tier set for that hero talent is bugged so it doesn’t really pop it’s true potential.
According to WCL almost everyone is playing riders in PVE for Unholy.
In M+ it looks to be split.
I know Frost still is bugged for riders but not aware of one for Unholy.

And
I would understand with open environments because of the battle mount death charges ( I really that could’ve been in around general talent 
).
riders is terrible because the timer is way too long
they need to make that cd 30s to 45 s
the damge in between is healer level
