I just did a WQ in Bastion (don’t remember the name - it was in Temple of Humility) and the voice sounded like Tuvoc from Star Trek Voyager.

I know that actor did voice work for shadowlands, so yeah that’s probably him.

Yes, he does Thenios, the Paragon of Wisdom, both in-game and in the Afterlives Uther short.
