No fun getting to bosses and getting smashed due to bugs with them getting Torments that are supposedly for non-bosses.
End boss on first floor already has Raging for 50% dmg increase, then below 30% dmg they got an extra 50% dmg increase. Getting hit for 100K is lame.
Honestly, it’s probably tested less than almost anything else, because they’ve already acknowledge they don’t really care about balance in there, because of the nature of Broken OP powers and RNG.
show’s more and more on that they don’t actually give a crap about the player. 
No they rushed the work then went back to playing games during work time and cubicle crawling harassing employees.
