Is Tome of the Hybrid Beast accout wide?

I’m using an old toon that’s a lot further in breaching the tomb than my current one and I just want to make sure I wont be wasting my time. Will I be able to use it with other characters? thanks

it’s not account wide but the tomb is bind to account so you can mail it to ur alts. unless they changed it and I am un aware

When it’s bound to account, I think you can trade to any of your toons, just needing to be lvl 110.
