So had this for a while from TW raid, and i just got another weapon of the same ilvl, if it was a question of stats, it would be easy to know whats best for the spec.
Problem is, Sun King doesnt come with secondary stats, but rather a special effect that makes it so my attacks can generate extra Energy, this is even more important since i use Shado-Pan hero tree, which is all about expending Energy in mass to use the special from it.
So im kinda on the fence.
i think its positively bugged for brew. i would suggest you asked the peak of serenity discord for more info

Dont know about that one but i got a heroic track weapon from TBC raid TW that is nearly BIS even though its lower ilvl. Some of the TW stuff is really good but mostly ignored because getting anything good on heroic chance is really rare and you cant farm it.
From the comments about it, if it’s only averaging 2 energy per second then it’s basically just 20% of really bad haste. So eh…

Then by all means use it for WW until you get crafted or myth track
I won’t say don’t use it if you don’t have anything better, but there are at least a dozen weapons that are miles better.
