Is this real life? (PVP)

Well, it happens. I guess.

I mean, people are speaking as though they cant get BiS gear on an xpoff character. All they need to do is recruit or collaborate with like minded players and make it happen.

Hasn’t anyone ever heard of Guilds or communities… why all of the rage quitting?

People would rather just jump in a q then be forced to wait for people to be on just to pvp

You might well be right, as I didn’t pvp much on my 110 rogue before spending all my time on this 109 shaman. I just have this vivid memory of beating on a 119 lock that wouldn’t die, though it could well have been a 110…

Therefore, apologies if I’m spouting misinformation.

With an active enough community there doesn’t have to be long wait times. Seems like they aren’t even going to try…

If there aren’t enough players interested to make it happen then I suppose it was time for that bracket to RIP. But to give up without even trying. That really shows how important this aspect of the game was to them… :unamused:

Yeah I was not remembering correctly it seems. My bad. And thank you for the clarification.

I “twink” because it is simply a play style I prefer. I run my raids every week and call it good. Yes, I admit, there is a huge advantage I have over levelers in the battlegrounds. However, this aspect of game play has been around since Vanilla. I remember some twinks had “higher” PvP ranks than their mains. Now, obviously this has nothing to do with skill, but it just reinforces what I know about the twink community over the years. One of the sole reasons they added exp in the battlegrounds was to curb this, yet here we are years later. Regardless of the queues, I’ll still have my fun. Seriously, for those that are panicking, just don’t.

Lol, why does everyone immediately dive to peoples profiles and say, Ah-Ha! Gotcha! You don’t have X achievement, that means you’re obviously not a good PvPer. I mean if you want to split hairs you have been PvPing since 2010 (or sooner) and you don’t even have some of the EASY achievements for AB done, God forbid AV. Nor do you even have Wrecking ball (which I don’t know how that’s even possible). So if we’re using obscure achievements to determine skill, to quote you :

Join the 119 twink community. its for both horde and alliance. we gotta make it work!

This is ridiculous LOL. The counter to this is simply you can’t handle not being able to dominate lower geared players and it makes you mad that your “easy difficulty” isn’t going to be as accessible. That is hilarious

Hey guys. This doesn’t actually confirm anything, I know, but… After no que pops on any of my exp off toons at any level…19 29 39 99 101 109 110… I logged onto my one and only exp on toon, a 19 horde warrior. Looks and feels the same. No average wait time listed, only a que timer, and bg has not popped as the timer approaches 30 minutes. A loose conclusion would be that bg ques are broken, not that they are separated. My gut feeling is that separating ques several patches ago proved to be unsuccessful and so they were again merged, and blizz has learned the error of its ways.

They are indeed separate now

They’re separated for sure but still keep an eye out for any bugs that might be happening and are related to these longer queue timers

Never believe your own press.

funny how the twinks claimed they werent in it just to stomp non-twinks

Let the Twinks be free !

Not true at all. I was recruited while leveling because I ran into a twink in a BG when I was level 112. He asked me to join a twink community and turn my XP off when I hit 119. I had a lot of fun playing with them and turned my XP off. We can only run 5 man groups if we have one going to get into, or run smaller groups. All teams I’ve seen in the 119 bracket have twinks. At low levels people have heirloom gear. You can have gear and still be bad. People think gear just makes you amazing in PVP. It doesn’t. People are mad about queue times mostly. This effects leveling players also due to slower queue times. Players with their XP off from what I’ve seen can not get a queue pop at all.

I wonder who these kind 119 twinks were

If you haven’t joined the new joint 119 twink community yet I recommend you do. It was started just before I left for work and both the 119 alliance and the tw twinks seemed very excited about the chance to collaborate for some hot 119 action. Xpoff ofcourse

You make a valid point; however, what’s the difference between gearing up a 120 and destroying new max level characters?
