For the past few weeks for hours at primetime there is a orc shaman just sitting in Stormwind AH killing the auctioneers, is this not breaching anything?
call other pvpers to come kill him or her and its solved

If you want, you could get over to Legion Dalaran and become an engineer. At the engineering trainer there is a Auction house NPC only engineers can use it though. It looks like a little Blingtron(robot) and the guards can tell you where the engineering trainer is. Legion Dal has a tiny quest or now maybe they just give you a hearthstone specific to that location
Another solution is when you see the shaman and have access to a TWW zone, let people know in channels 1-4 where the Shaman is and what he is doing. Someone may take the opportunity to assemble a raid group to camp his corpse till he logs off for fun. Pvp isnt griefing. He could be “roleplaying” he is in a faction war. But 10 Alliance players can also “roleplay” they enlisted into the SW guard.
