My husband has over 5k trader’s tenders on his account because he never buys anything. I have 520 including what I just got this month because I buy all the things. There are so many things I desperately need this month and he can’t give me any and it’s not fair! By law I should be entitled to at least all of his tenders so what the heck, Blizz!! /supersadface :cry:

Depending on your state of residents, you could be entitled to all, if digital currency is considered community property.

It’s not property (you don’t own it, you merely pay Blizzard for the right to access it) and even if you did, it has no market value.

Maybe not in market value but it does have personal value. Pictures of children may not have market value but they can be divided at divorce. The question above that is, does WoWs ToS supersede the divorce decree? If it does then it’s a moot point because his account is his.

My ex used to get mad, like legitimately mad, when I’d be a “saver”. Mostly of food, if I didn’t plow through food that I got for myself but that he wanted before I could get to it, he would get so huffy about it.
