Why does the new race seem like it is made for young children? Maybe I am too old for this game…

I remember when all of Horde kind erupted in rage when Blood Elves were being added to the Horde. To each their own I suppose.

Ignore the Knights OP.
Yes it is now.
The new race was mildly annoying the first time through.
The second time it started to grate my nerves.
The third time I made it as far as the inn and logged out.
Not taking any more characters down there, they will continue to sit in Val.

I must be in a minority here as I really like the new zone and the new race. It’s just cozy and fun to me for some reason.

If it makes you feel better, my niece is 8 and asked me if she could make a character and she immediately chose Tumblr-Dragon. Not saying it’s proof of anything, but it might make you feel better.

I remember being 8 years old and sinking destroyers merchant ships in a seawolf nuclear attack submarine. Also killing naizs in wolfenstein before anyone my age knew what one was.

I really thought most of the player base was around my age (30-35) and have played wow for a while. The voice acting in this zone is making me think otherwise, unless this is what most 30-35 yo people enjoy, but it is not appealing to me. I’ll play because I like arena and m+, but this story is pretty lame lol.

I get your point, however, everytime the average age of WoW players has been calculated over the years it has the playerbase being mostly 30 somethings.
WoW is considered an old players game, catering to a demographic that doesn’t even play it, or even like this type of game is probably not the best move.
