Yeah, I just leave a wide berth to account for the variance in dps quality lol. My 485 priest alt will end up doing 1/2 of the total dps across all three dps players in m0 so I never know

Again, it’s reasonable to want someone to be kicked over something. (Instead of leaving yourself.)
What the tank does falls under harassment, not gameplay sabotage.
Just because votekick doesn’t exist in m+, doesn’t mean people magically get along.
This is obviously circumstantial, but I tend to see drama coming from tanks way more than I do anyone else in any other role. I won’t claim that this how they all act, or that it’s common and that they are some sort of majority, but when I see this behavior, it’s usually a tank. I’ve seen this over the course of many years and across multiple MMOs. It’s probably just the egos that the role tends to attract.

Demanding someone be kicked in an M+ is essentially asking to end the run. There is literally no reason to throw a hissy fit and ask for a kick in an M+, which you know damn well. Leaving has the same result, asking for a kick is just a way to create drama.
Some people do not deserve loot.

You do actually. Blizzard implemented it to prevent a common RWF strategy or exploitive behaviors, anyway, it’s now you don’t get loot if you are kicked.

No, but I know that it’s how it works. Just like how raid BOEs don’t get mailed to you after Dragonflight launched.
It’s to prevent people from leaving instance asap while 4 people 4 man the dungeon so they get loot.
(And cause that allows people to essentially not be there to get loot, that’s… a lot of loot) if you get a giant support network.
I know it’s not how it works, so we’re at an impasse.
I think you’re misremembering an exploit in which people were being kicked to reduce the pool of rollers in raids
