Personally, I’d say no. You can build something roughly better for >$700, sans buying Windows 11, but you’d have a lot of options.
Save money on a Nvidia GPU by getting a cheaper, more powerful AMD one (like the 6650 XT), and you could grab a stronger CPU (which is arguably more important for WoW performance) like a 5600, 5600X, or 5700X. Or if you really want to invest in the CPU, a 5700X3D would be the biggest bang for the buck, being only marginally weaker than a 5800X3D, but massively cheaper.
Also, with the greater freedom, you can guarantee a higher quality RAM, PSU, and NVMe. Or you can just save the extra money for other things, or to get a bigger upgrade later.
It just depends on your budget, goals, and scope of upgrade potential (which AM4 is at the end of its support, and AM5 is a newer platform that’s still supported).
Anyway. I don’t know what the rest of the parts are, such as the case, cooling, fans, etc. So those could bump the cost, or lower it, depending on whether you have any components or peripherals already.
If you were to compare it to other prebuilts its not horrible of a price tag.
Are you looking for a prebuilt only and do you have access to Microcenter?
The GPU and M.2 are good but that cpu has me grimacing, and the ram isn’t anything to write home about.

long time no see
that it has been. Was about to buy the expac when the end of Fiscal Year rush happen so I am going through a beatdown and just don’t have time to play right now.
As usual I stop by when expansions launch, not sure how long I’ll be sticking around but here I am.
Doing very well myself, family is good work is good health is good. How have you been?
I would try to build it at different sites, or something comparable, to get an estimate of what it’s worth.
