Is this a problem? Box of Puntables 2024 Winter Veil Gift

I got the 2024 Winter Veil Gift Box of Puntables, and then in a present and from the Greench daily, got a Greench puntable https://www.wowhead.com/item=219291/puntable-baby-greench as well as a Rotten Little Helper puntable https://www.wowhead.com/item=219255/puntable-rotten-little-helper

I added them but after logging, and using the toy again, the new puntables were missing. Is that a bug?

Note: I also tried from a different character, but the new puntables were absent as well.

Sadly i just had the same exact thing happen!

I saw on Wowhead that the extra unlocks for the toy are character-specific, not accountwide. So, if you login on a different character than the one that unlocked those extras, you won’t (or might not?) see them on the toy. I’m not sure if it is a bug or working as intended.
