Seems to be warbound now, meaning it can be any armor class.

Warbound items drop independently to regular ones and can be traded to your alts.
That still makes zero sense. So I’m not gonna get gear on my main character because the game wants to give me gear for other characters?
RNG has never made sense.
RNG is one thing but prioritizing an upgrade on day 1 of a new season for an ALT is madness…

It’s separate to regular drops. You rolled nothing for your regular loot but you rolled a warbound item.
You could have even rolled both.
