So you can apparently disperse while silenced as a shadow priest? but you cant do sh!t while disarmed or silenced as any other class?

well since you silence yourself by using disperse, I would say working as intended, if their shadow tree gets kicked they cant disperse.

It’s also usable while stunned. Always has been.
