Expected behavior: Log in on any character and see “Your talents have been reset.”
Experienced behavior: Log in on some of the characters and talents have NOT been reset.
More information is needed.
The only time talents are reset is if there’s a class rework. I have never once logged into a character and had their talents reset for no reason.
If this is happening to you, then I’d suggest deleting the cache folder and doing a full UI reset. If that doesn’t work, put in a ticket.
Your talents shouldn’t be resetting.
