True, but I think thats just because of how strong cyclone is.
I wish I played season 2 outside of getting my glad and stopping. I think that’s the first season that I saw boomy being a standalone OP class that had things that wanted to pair with it instead of riding on the coattails of another op spec.
I’d love to see its power distributed away from cyclone and into other areas… the damage is also super weird too because it’s like 65% instant casts which feels absurd, but it’s also way too squishy to plant and cast for wraths/starfires that do next to no damage.

Like give me a hardcast starsurge that can proc instant casts that does 40% of peoples health. I don’t even care if I have clone at that point.

I think if this actually happened druid would get weaker.

Oh 100%. Feral is apparently insane according to EU (I think it’s good, but not “insane”) and boomy is fine with rogue atm, but both are good BECAUSE of clone and all the associated power. Any nerf to clone nerfs druids pretty significantly.
That being said, S1 slands clone was mediocre at best and both druid specs were NUTS. Not that they need to be unkillable tanks anymore, but atm they’re still the squishiest specs.
Also for the first time in IDK how long, Mage barely cares about polymorph at all and still is really solid, so clearly a CC class can be tuned around not having the CC.
when paired with a fw amping your damage by 15% and helping u land clones with incap/sweep and a frost mage or dev evoker peeling for you with mega slows roots sheeps/time stops then ur feral will completely own.

It’s unbelievable to me that DKs got nerfed 3 times in a row all fairly hard nerfs (needed for sure minus the armour change) and DH got like 2 small slaps on the wrists.
