Is there way to stop the new pop-up to find a group for world quests?

Is there way to stop the new pop-up to find a group for world quests? I don’t recall this happening until recently and its SUPER annoying. Anyone know how I can disable the popups from happening?

I haven’t encountered this. What exactly is happening?

Right in the middle of he screen there is a large black box that pops up when you enter the area of a world quest. The text reads
“WQL”
“(name of quest”
“Find Group”
and an X in the upper right corner. It doesent go away unless you press the X, or go out of range for that World Quest. This happens even for quest that are solo, like battle pet, “Calling All Champions”, and “Aid From Above” to name a few.

Also, I am on a Mac and don’t know if this is happening to PC players as well, Its really super annoying!

maybe it’s a Mac bug? don’t think I saw any popup box while playing tonight on PC.

Yeah, you can’t miss it - its smack in the middle of the screen. I’m also in DF beta (this is happening in live thou) so not sure if my game client is any different than non-beta people?

Thats an addon doing that. It’s probably world quest tracker or something similar. You can disable that box from popping up.

I haven’t added any ad-ons in probably a year. However, I disabled all add-ons and it stopped. Hummm

Update: I narrowed it down to the add-on World Quest Lists.
