There is an apperence for outlaw rogue in legion artifacts that is sickle like…
Open up your collections tab and click on the weapon and set it to dagger or 1 handed sword after setting it up to view unobtained as well as obtained. You can scroll through them and when you find one you like, just look it’s source up on WoWhead.

That would be a scythe, not a sickle (think old Soviet Union flag). There are a couple of scythes around (the Frostscythe of Lord Ahune come to mind), but those are all staffs.

There’s really nothing anywhere close to Death’s cloak in WoW though. I looked 
And the sickles aren’t black or long enough.
