Is there prerequisite for quest Reviving the Machine?

I can’t even see this quest. Am I missing something? I have 2 lvl 70 characters and neither can see the quest.

I am able to pick up the first quest and fly to the machine but I am not able to turn it in or pick up the weekly…

Watcher Koranos doesn’t even have the quest. Do I have to finish the storyline first? Or is there something else I am missing?

How did you manage to get it? I cannot see it, do I need 12 renown with Valdrakken?
