IS there not a HoA catchup mechanic for cloak too?

Just got my cloak and im still at HoA 49. I seem to recall my alts being much higher when completing the questline

it should be level 50 when you unlock the heart forge

i swear the nazjatar opening quests once you unlock essences gave you min 50. at least they did when i leveled my rogue a month or so back.

If you did the Nazjatar quest intro before 8.3, you don’t get the bump to level 50. I have an alt that had done just enough of Naz so no bump to 50 for that character.

It’s just as well, you get enough AP now to catch up quickly.

Currently you unlock essences and instantly go up to 50. If you exclusively only do the required quests to unlock the cloak, by the end of your first Vision you should be minimum at 75 you can push to 80 if you do some WQ along the way.

I have done 3 alts post-catch up and all are above lvl80 neck.

I just upgrade two of my alts to a level 50 neck after unlocking Nazjatar yesterday. It hasn’t changed.

Lol no. A fresh 120 will only be 53 - 55 by the time they get their cloak

My Warrior, Paladin and Demon Hunter say otherwise, but ok.

I logged in to see if I am crazy:

(Horde)Warrior is currently 84. <<< ( this one I most likely did all 3 emissaries for the gear following the cloak. most likely why he is much higher).
(Alliance)Paladin is currently 78.
(Alliance)Demon Hunter is 79.

and I haven’t touched them since I finished their cloaks so they all have Rank 6.
