I’m still believing that there has to be a final allied race. I know I have brought this topic up but with alpha and beta coming soon I’m keeping my eye out on wowhead and mmo champion. But this is my question do y’all still believe there is a 12 allied race in alpha and beta or they will just be eight allied race?

While I know blizz will focus on the main race there is an open spot on allied race.

There isn’t going to be one, at least not now. Nothing ever said all slots would be filled. It was confirmed there’s nothing else coming for the rest of BfA and the beginning of Shadowlands won’t have any races either. All the effort is going into the new core customizations.

Blizz seems to like allied races. They require relatively small amounts of work. Just some new skins, a few NPCs and the barest fig leaf of lore and you’ve got a new race. Now players can start from scratch all over again!
So, while I’m not expecting any more for BfA, I would be surprised if we didn’t get more in SL.

I think she is there to help portray the newer kinder horde.
You know, until the inevitable corrupted revelation that makes her go batcrap insane and try to kill the world.

Kind of unrelated things. Whatever those two might do it doesn’t really warrant an allied race. Calia’s not out to make more undead, she just wants to help the existing ones.
But again we know for a fact there’s no races coming right now. Blizz was very clear about it.
Considering Anduin nearly spent all of his power, as did the Undead guy, and weakened a Naaru just to raise her… I highly doubt it.
That little ritual to raise her was pretty close to how the Val’kyr raise Sylvanas when one of them dies to do it. It can’t be done often.

Well blizz said the scourge is on the loose maybe she can help them and turn them into a forsaken style undead?
I don’t think she has that kind of power. Nor a pocket Naaru. 
I hope she becomes unstable due to the contradicting forces of undead and the light clashing and she turns evil

I understand but I’m still hoping it will happen. And then if it does I’m doing my Russian dance.
Plot twist: Sylvanas nopes out in BfA and possesses Calia’s body secretly. “Calia” is then quietly left to her own machinations when in actuality Sylvanas is just back where she started after having fixed whatever thing she thought was wrong with everything.
Calia’s gone, Sylvanas is back in power, and finally all the Menethils are dead. Sounds like a Sylvanas plot to me. “36 dimensional chess, of course.”

Also, they could just add more slots if they wanted to. It’s an arbitrary display that they’ve already changed once to allow for Allied Races.
