I personally can’t really think of anything in particular about Dragons that could or would physically stop them from worshipping the Light. I also can’t quite imagine a reason why one would want to, but I’m sure a writer who wants it hard enough could come up something acceptable; some circumstance or some such that would lead to that end.

I can’t think of anything that would prevent them. It’s just not culturally in them.
Like there’s nothing stopping us from worshiping Aztec gods, and ripping out human hearts in ritual sacrifice. It’s just not culturally in us.
