I play Ally on Wild Growth and I have a 90+%winrate in Ashenvale and I see infinitely more Alliance in contested zones.
I play Horde on Living Flame and I have a 90+%loserate in Ashenvale, I see infinitely more Alliance in contested zones and everytime I see a road fight its like 10 Alliance deleting 1 or 2 solo players.
Are there any servers out there that you feel are actually equal because from the two I play on I really don’t see it despite that tweet saying they are within like 3% of each other or whatever.

Was just a disingenous tweet, they aren’t giving the actual participation numbers in Ashenvale, the W/L rates, or the balance of level 25 characters, because all of these numbers would show an enormous disparity. Nor do they want to highlight how horde is full of bots (you can see lines of them running around in XR) because they can’t roll as many characters on alliance, which distorts the character numbers. They do give away that horde is very behind because everything is framed as things like “horde is catching up”.
It’s pretty obvious what happened:
1.) Alliance is already a favored faction on vanilla versions of WoW due to paladins being much stronger.
2.) They announced the runes that show alliance getting windfury and tremor aura with no unique alliance buffs given to horde. Then after an outcry they rush out AoTL which is inferior to kings, to try to tamp down complaining.
3.) Anyone who plays hard/sweaty can see alliance is hugely favored, even more so than before, and the game is featuring a world pvp game in which faction will matter
4.) Server opens and sweats/hardcore active players flood alliance, and it is locked in hours on a work day, before many people can even get out of the queue.
5.) Leftover players, people who play less, etc. go to horde in a more disorganized fashion. The population is much less, and is significantly more casual.
6.) Bots can’t create characters on alilance because it’s locked, so they roll troll hunters and rogues on horde, this makes the populations seem more “balanced” in character count.
7.) Horde routinely gets stomped in world pvp event and open world as everyone who understands vanilla knew would happen
8.) Even when horde are winning they frequently get layered into a losing game because of the population disparity.

Contrary to what buddy above says.
Crusader Strike.
It has its times where its actual PVP fun, times where ally stomps, and times where horde stomps.
Generally just play around streamer times based on your side.
