I can’t raid at night, and there are hardly any midday raiders that need people as far as I know. And I am pretty terrible at m+. I’m used to taking things slow and the whole timer thing throws me off. This is my first xpac tanking. I am a 196 prot pally. I’ve done normally Nathria up to Denathrius before I had to leave the raid team because of schedule. I’m just trying to figure out if I should even bother keeping up tanking or just go back to my warlock.

I’ve been terrible at a lot of things. Then I did them a whole bunch and got less terrible at it each time.
Though, that depends on you finding similar joy in the process of refinement I suppose.

No. Tanking is terrible right now. It’s more like just running most of the time.
They are the only reliable class that gets a bonus for doing heroics which is 1000 Gold Plus runes you can sell for about a thousand a pop… I find tanking very lucrative

I never ran M+ before this expansion and didn’t like the pace either, just tried tanking them in a whim and they’re my favorite to do now. I say give it a shot, stay in the +2 or +3 range for a bit
If you enjoy it, do it. If not take up baking or something cause no game is worth the time wasted playing just to play.
