Is there any plans to increase server capacity? At this point I’ve lost all love for this game. I cant leave benediction because the server is locked and my friends are committed to playing on here. If they have not given any updates regarding the 5-8 hour ques then I cant say theres any reason to continue paying a sub in the hopes that I might be able to play with my friends before I have to go to bed. With layering and the realms already locked, why cant you increase the server capacity to allow those who are unwilling / unable to leave to actually play the game?

I honestly believe they are unable to deal with any stress on their servers and cant fix it. I just got a “500 server error” when I tried to cancel my subscription.
Accepting money from players to transfer to a server they know cant handle it for over 2 years, clown company.

Blizzard has stated that they cannot increase server capacity. SO I wouldn’t be expecting for them to do so.

They did a post a couple of weeks ago stating that they do not have any plans to do so because they are unable to do so. They created a new server and suggested players transfer to that one, though I think it may be locked already.
Sulfuras was filled with people who took the FCM off megaservers and they seem to be doing well.
Eranikus is getting locked tomorrow so must be getting filled too.
I would take the chance while you have it.
Blizz has decided a 30k realm is not sustainable or necessary and set the path for other realms to come back to life.
You just have to get on board.

I mean, eventually we will leave eranikus, just there temporarily. If the servers are locked forever, then people will still only play on eranikus because there’s no other option
