As the title states, I am trying to get to Zereth Mortis to do Spulcher of the First Ones for mogs.
From my research, it looks like I will need to do the covenant campaigns for a bit before I unlock the quest chain for it.
Is there an easier way that I am not aware of?
I dont think theres a bypass for the zone, you have to unlock it
If you’ve never done the SL content, you need to complete the campaign enough to pick a covenant, at least, IIRC.
Alternatively, you can be summoned to ZM either by warlock or the raid stone, then just stay there or set your hearth to there.
Short answer: No.
Long answer: Sadly, No.
Huh… Looks like I have a lot more unlocked than I thought… I just got the questline for it. Thanks again my dudes!
I had to summon my guildy out there the other day, only way would be if you had done it on your main who is an engineer, you then crafted and unlocked the port to take you there, i guess then an engineering alt could port there with no questing?
Just start the campaign. It will send you to talk to someone different based on your faction. They will offer a skip of the Maw. Skip that. Speak to the guard in Oribos when you first get there. Follow them into Oribos and talk to whoever it is that it sends you to talk to. Somebody there offers a skip, then another skip, then another skip, and finally everything is unlocked.
You have to be a higher level than the campaign requires though.
If it is your first ever time through it, I’m not certain there is a skip.
For my level 80 Alt just the other day I was able to do skips and it opened ZM for me, but not Korthia.
I just took the quest from outside Grommash Hold in Org, I had to choose my Covenant and then ZM was open.
I did it many many times on Shadowlands so that may be why I can skip on my alts.
