There’s your problem, you gotta go to trade chat for responses. Hardly anyone even tunes in to General or just ignores it.
uh i mean this entirely depends on your server. if youa rnt on a populated server you wont find any guilds.
the community is fine though, i still have plenty of fun going out and finding random players whoa re questing and working together with them to do stuff, or having fun conversations with them
just earlier today i was walking around in zandalar and a troll mentioned that i have the sprite darter outfit for my vulpera and we had avery nice conversation about it and moved on.
the community might not be as amazing as it once was but it still very much is there, just not in the trade chat, never go to the trade chat
also no one uses general chat anymore its only trade chat and never go into trade chat
Vanilla player here, check the old school PvP title for proof.
When you been playing the game this long…
You learn to just… Ignore anyone and everything and just play on your own terms.
The days of vanilla will never, NEVER come back.
Sad but true.
Good luck!
This is a subtle Vanilla was best post, just saying.
Some truth in this.
I hang out in Discord with a massive guild that is connected to a well known wow podcast and they are very cool folks, a good community.
However, they are alliance, and I play 99.9% horde, so I miss out on hanging out in game.
You have to be bothered to put in the work if you want to be a part of a social able guild.
If your talking about making a group to raid cities and world pvp, theres tons of groups out there. Using the new group finder makes it very simple to find groups who are doing all kinds of things.
Most people that say theres no community in this game doesn’t want to put in the effort to look for community activities going on.
