Is there any Addon to watch the item lv of other people in the group?

I just have got a bad experience in a group

We enter into a M2 with a group but they rage quit after we didnt defeat the last boss

and my bad experience is that they had got greens and blues on his gear

i am like, guys, you enter with low level gear to a M2, and you are the one rage quitting ?

and i would like to avoid that experience again so i was wondering if there is an addon that checks the item lv of the people i am going to a dungeon to know from the start the possible future situations i am gonna be

also, which item lv are suggested for M2 ?

O Item Level (OiLvL) - Show Item Level and raid progression of player and all members in instance / party / raid. Show item level of items in bags.

/oi or left-click OiLvL minimap button to show OiLvL Window(picture above)

Right-click the icon or right-click OiLvL minimap button to show OiLvL configuration panel.

You can get it from Curseforge and it is up to date. This is the only one I know of.

Oh, that explains why people show up to my uber casual guild when raiding and quickly depart lol
