Is there any addon to tell full max upgrade vs current gear for vault only m+ and raiding?

been struggling since shadowland type of gear but I feel like I’m am being scam by the vault

Need more context. Is the vault not telling you what ilvl the rewards will be? Vault items from the delve slots will only upgrade to 665 at the highest. You must do T8 or higher.

example: my gear current 636 upgrade level: champion 1/8
want the addon that tell me upgrade level: champion 8/8 max of 658
i wish it show all in a vault
cause I get confuse which is the right one
