The couple of Bloodlust alerts I’ve seen are just messages in chat. A means of telling you WHO Lusted (in case people are being dopey).
But I tend to play with the sound off (so I don’t hear the audible cue) and I don’t read chat while doing higher Keys/Mythic raid so I’d like the screen to shake or the edges turn red … something REALLY OBVIOUS to let you know someone popped Bloodlust.
Especially in M+ you think there’s an agreed-upon time to use it… you’re waiting… you’re waiting… only to find out someone already used it and you didn’t use any CDs.
You can easily make a WeakAura that can display something such as an icon or image or progress bar or play a sound or whatever you want.
The relevant spell IDs are as follows (I recommend you include them all in your WeakAura):
Bloodlust: 2825
Heroism: 32182
Time Warp: 80353
Primal Rage: 264667
Drums of Deathly Ferocity: 309658
Since you mentioned it, why won’t the dungeon WAs load? I have load in encounter checked, is there something else I need to do? First WA I’ve ever used and it seems like nothing is happening different than before I loaded them.
Then maybe it’s just me, but every time I’ve ever tried to find something on wago, I’m looking through a list of WAs, none of which have more than a 3 word description. The few words they use don’t make any sense. There might be screenshots, but they don’t depict anything.
The entire experience is someone lazily saying “I made something, here it is” as they throw it on the ground.
I’ve never once FOUND anything on wago. The only way I get useful stuff is through other sources, eg: “oh that’s perfect, where’d you get that?”
Yep People sometimes don’t put enough information and you have to copy the WA and look to see if it does what you want.

But from what I can tell… ALL of them are just the exact same thing the default UI ALREADY DOES, but in a different wrapping.
Even the one you linked, it’s an icon with a countdown timer. The default UI already does that. lol I don’t understand why anyone would even make a WA for that. Because it tracks TENTHS of a second?? lol ok…
If you use NPC Scanner, or any other Rare tracker, you know how you get a MASSIVE visual warning? The edges of the screen change color and the screen “shakes” a little??
THAT is what I’m looking for when Bloodlust is clicked.
Countdown timer? The UI already does that. A sound? I tend to play with the sound off. I want a VISUAL cue, and I want a stone-cold obvious one because hitting Lust-windows with CDs is a MASSIVE part of your dps and I just want to make sure I don’t miss it when people use Lust in places it’s not expected.
I guess I didn’t think this was such a big ask because NPC scanner already does this effect. I just need to link that “screen shake” to when Lust is activated.

You know in the interview with Ion I believe it was with Asmongold he talks about the need for addons and mentions having to look all the way over in the corner of your screen to see debuffs Part of why they did a UI redesign.
Some people just want what’s already there they just want to move it.

I made this really quick in WA (so it looks like trash ) All you need to do is put textures at the edge of the screen and animate them if you have bloodlust. Screenshake I don’t know how to make the screen shake, it would probably have to be a custom function.
