I’m having trouble seeing them. I’m not getting any younger here Blizz. I also just had to increase the text size on my screen. Does anyone know any add-ons that would help?
Do you mean the nodes on the minimap or the herbs themselves on the ground? If the latter, one thing you might be able to do is reduce the foliage density in graphics settings which could help make them stand out more.

This! Ah thank you. I will try this and see if it improves. It’s getting difficult to see the less than obvious ones.

Download Gathermate2, Gathermate2Data, and Gathermate2 Hide Nodes.
You can tweak the size of tracking circles and nodes on your minimap to make them easier to see.

Oh, Leatrix Plus allows you to change the scale of the minimap so everything on it is bigger and easier to see.
It also allows you to use a larger font in the chat windows.

I always just zoom the mini map in as close as possible, then basically go stand a half millimeter away from the yellow dot. Boom it’s right there. Just move the mouse around and it will turn into the harvesting icon.
