So I came to Moonguard with the addition of cross faction grouping in hopes to get involved in more neutral RP. My problem is that the majority of RP on the server seems to take place in Stormwind. Is there another active RP hub that both factions have access to?
I don’t know how active the RP is, but you could always try Valdrakken…at least there are people.
Unfortunately unless it’s guild or community based very little rp happens outside the cities.

I feel new Dalaran would be a great place, if not for Blizzard’s decision to junk up all the seats in A Hero’s Welcome with NPCs. But yeah, there really isn’t anywhere right now that’s agreed upon for casual neutral RP.
Valdrakken would be a great place - there are tavern spots or other spots that look made specifically for RPers. Other than that, either Dalaran would also be cool. I don’t think anyone’s set up specifically, though.
Valdrakken is beautiful but unfortunately it’s current content which means it is phased which definitely dampens the community feeling of hub RP
I’ve seen neutral RP take place in the Isle of Quel’Danas. Those are far and few in-between, though.
Random neutral RP is hard to find. There are plenty of events, some weekly, that have neutral RP for you to find. But to just show up somewhere and find it is going to be slim to none. I have hopes that when cross realm guilds are a thing, it may be easier to draw out the horde to places because I never seem to have issues drawing out the alliance. But I know that is just a numbers thing.
Based on the crowd I see there, Stormwind is a great neutral hub.
Every now and then I’d see neutral RP groups at the tavern in Booty Bay.
Don’t listen to her. But seriously like others have said it’s few and far between.
