Plaguelands?

I didn’t mind the zone but strayed into goofy a bit to much. Most of modern wow does for me. That and the weird end of life quests

The Maw is perfectly crafted. It depicts Hell and it felt like Hell. I found its Haters stupid. They were trying to find comfort (or looking for vacation spot) in Hell? Everything is bad in Hell… and The Maw is perfect for it.

The theme is badazz. The Mawsworn Art is awesome. Hand Mount was pure bad azz.

Shadowlands to me was Awesome. Also its lists of dungeons are among the best of all WoW dungeons. NW and ToP in TWW’s M+ is a treat.

I hated Ardenweald, except those islands off the side that aren’t really used.

It’s always been Hellfire Peninsula for me.

Ardenweald is not perfectly crafted, in fact, in my mind it has always sucked. I can’t stand it when world quests are tied to an area surrounded by walls, and then you go to another place to quest and you are stuck again, inside of a walled area.

That’s Ardenweald… and although I am that coven through and through the devs really messed it up for phasing IMO

All of the non-shadowlands zones are better, because they’re not in Shadowlands.

Grizzly Hills will always be king. Suramar is a close second.

Ardenweald was pretty good, nothing memorable for me though. It’s just another foresty zone as far as I care - but in blue.

Not even lying when I say I loved Zerith Mortis. It was beautiful and I really liked the otherworldly feel they went with. It looked real nice with the inky black potion too. Unironically a really nice zone. I miss it sometimes.

I agree, I always thought The Maw was exquisitely designed. The ambiance and creepy as hell atmosphere was done really well. The gameplay aspect of it all soured peoples’ tastes, and that’s a huge shame.

Revendreth.

I didn’t like Aredenwald that much, mostly because tired of that particular aesthetic.

The Maw’s gameplay is unfair and it fits as Hell should be unfair. You cant find justice in Hell. RoFL.

I like the hard difficulty gameplay of WoW in general and I like the hard difficulty of the Maw.

There is this weekly quest that you need to accomplish in Perdition Hold, a zone full of Elite mobs. The quest is to dispel 4 Runes of Warding on Perdition Hold. It gives you Assassin’s Soulcloak where you could become invisible. Becoz of the Zone’s hard difficulty, I just abuse the use of Assassin’s Cloak. I accomplish all my other quests using the Cloak’s invisibility. I accomplished the 4 Runes of Warding quest LAST. And when I was done with all my quests, only then I turned it in to surrender Assassin’s Soulcloak. The Soulcloak invisibility gameplay is like you are Frodo from the Lord of the Rings and you use the One Ring to turn invisible. I love it. And I love abusing the Assassin’s Soulcloak advantage. I love being creative in the game. I just laugh to people struggling in the Maw.

Drustavar is better in my opinion for Aesthetic. Tiragarde sound also has a pretty good vibe to it. Hallowfall, I think will be one of my favorites for a while.
