Neat plates gives the enemy cast bar by default when you install the add on.

Just use classic cast bar

It can’t tell levels and such, but it’s a good place holder.

I think the one that I picked up shows what they’re casting but it doesn’t accurately reflect cast time progress. Sometimes it’s fast, sometimes it’s slow.

EDIT: Oh yeah, it’s ClassicCastBars too.

Hmmm. I also have classic cast bars maybe it’s not neat plates
