I’m trying to track Whirlwind i want to see the 4 attacks so i know when to refresh Whirlwind. is there an addon to track it?
You could make one easily enough with WeakAuras. You could make numbers pop up, or a bar, or a sound, whatever you like.
It’s not very complicated, and fairly intuitive.

I use Luxthos-Warrior.
Blue tracks whirlwind
Orange is enraged
and well, red is pretty self-explanatory
Idk if you have the “personal resource display” enabled in game, but it tracks it there for me. Unless it’s one of my addons doing it, but I don’t believe it is.

do you know how to install addons ? get weak auras , then it is easy to make one through the menu
If I can do it, you can do it. It is actually pretty helpful to be this competent making your own weakauras because if there is something small you don’t like about one you didn’t make, you might be able to fix it.
Even better, making these simple weakauras means you’re not dependant on a creator and their overly complicated auras that break all the time. I’ve only had my self made auras break once, and that was because the mod changed something about how it did conditions. It took me longer to figure out what got broken than it did to fix about a dozen of them afterwords.
It’s what I have for my stacks of Seeing Red - a counter on the screen with a sound effect that plays at 8 stacks…

I usually just count. But I’m sure there’s a weak aura too.
Though the personal resource setting will also have the CD show in the center of the screen.
