Is there a way to track loot/rewards from dungeons?

I have ran about 20 M+ dungeons and have received 3 wrist items and nothing else. How do I prove this?

Maybe there is an addon out there somewhere that will keep track of this… hmm.

I hate this game. So much fun to waste 40-60 minutes or more and get nothing at all.
