Is there a way to stop the cursor from disappearing when you hold right click?

I used to use the Dmouse addon, but it hasn’t been updated in a few expansions and no longer works. I am currently using StarCursor which is pretty good but doesn’t do anything while camera moving. Do I have any alternatives available?
