Is there a way to stop random people from sending you guild invites?

I want to play the game without joining a guild .so is there any option or command I can give ? Or will I have to decline each invitation randomly ?

Go to your social tab in the game options.

Pretty sure there’s an auto decline guild invites button. You’ll have to just ignore the whispers on your own.

Check interface options.

That should be set by default to decline all guild invites. Although, I imagine a few would get frustrated and quit.

Long answer: Click the box that doesn’t allow guild invites in your Social tab, under Game Options

I’ve managed to avoid them on a few of my characters by starting my own guild that includes only me and my alts. It comes with the extra advantage of the guild bank space.
The only small limitation is you’d need to have one other person in the guild at least temporarily so they could send guild invites your to alts.

Best way is make your own guild that’s what i do, not necessarily just for banking but so people wont keep spamming guild invites or whispers. You can make the guild then boot all the people that signed the charter.

Don’t need an addon when it’s provided in the game interface. There is way too much of an obsession with addons for every little thing when with just a little effort you can find a few things provided by the game itself.

I do this with guilds for my wife and I and our various family members that come play with us. There’s like… four of total. As we (I) make alts, one of them invites me into the guild.

Join each guild and raid their banks.
That’ll get 'em to stop.

So there are people who are in guilds just to not get invited to guilds. I have a guild on one server called “Introverts Unite” That is expressly for people who don’t want to do anything with a guild.

Unfortunately there are guild invite addons that bypass the in game options so yes we can understand the obsession for addons.

I don’t know a add-on told me not to listen to you and to download more add-ons. I’m not sure who to believe!

Unfortunately I am on Mal ganis a hardcore type of server .when I started making characters on it I had no clue .and now I have 13 characters on it lol :laughing:. And the price to move these characters to a casual like server is unfortunately way too much .
So that’s why I was asking for a way to stop getting guild invites as I get bombarded with random invites all for raids lol which I have zero interest in.
And I am thankful to people who told me about that interface option .now its very peaceful

While I level an alt I normally accept the first one that pops. Then there are no more requests.

Most of the guilds spamming low levels aren’t going to bother you at all. And you never know, you might just find yourself enjoying being a part of one.
