Is there a way to rotate action bars

I have played WoW for many years on and off and just created a new character after coming back for the Dragonflight expansion. All my characters have the UI set with 5 or 6 action bars but my new character has bars that are horizontal that I want vertical and vertical that I want horizontal. I believe I used an addon called move anything previously but that no longer works. I installed Bartender4 and it does everything I want except rotate the bars. Is there some addon or way to rotate action bars or is there a way to copy the configuration from one of my other characters? Thanks

You can rotate bars in Bartender, just adjust vertical slot number to how many you want and the horizontal number to 1 in settings.

Bartender and you want to change the height for the bar in question. 12 is vertical, 1 is horizontal. Numbers inbetween also adjust placement.

Thank you, I have been agonizing over this for hours. So simple.

This functionality exists in the game UI. Adjust the number of rows.

Game Menu → Edit Mode → Click on the bar you want to adjust → On the window that pops up, at the top is an option for Horizontal or Vertical.

There’s also options to toggle # of icons and other features.

I do not see any pop up window but I was able to use Bartender thanks to the comments above.

You likely don’t see the popup window because of Bartender.

I second this, Bartender is one of the best action bar changer I’ve ever used. It’s simple and it isn’t as complex as ELVUI.

The new UI made Bartender obsolete for me.

I used to think the same way, but my problem with the new UI is I don’t really like the outline or the Blizzard art, but because my monitor is pretty big I’m going to assume it’s a 32x32 inch monitor maybe even bigger then I like having my stuff a little bit bigger. I don’t know, there’s just a lot I dislike about the new bars.

You can turn the art off.

As for the oulutline, well I dunno what to tell you about that. Adjust the padding, maybe.
