I was playing the other day and noticed that the “sell all junk” wasn’t working. This went on for 2-3 days and then I went to put something in the bank and all of my bank tabs were “gone” (no bags or items) and the main bank tab was empty. The warband bank tab was fine.
So far, all of my other characters are fine. I was reading and someplace it said to do a ui reset but I was wondering if there is a way to do it just on that one toon? Thanks in advance…
maybe do a check and repair on system files from the launcher? See if disabling addons helps as well.

Some old “quest” items turned into junk, its not eligible to vendor, but gets selected for sell all junk. Look for gray item that say “this begins a quest” and manually destroy it.
Usually when people say to reset your UI, they mean to use the console command /reload to just reload the UI, sort of like when you load into an area. I don’t think they mean to use Edit Mode to reset it to default so you have to remake it.
It sounds like you have a display issue, so that /reload command usually fixes those, unless it’s an addon issue, in which case make sure they are all up to date.
If it still looks like addons are doing it, try disabling all your addons and restarting to show that. If it is an addon issue, just re-enable HALF of them, and if that recreates the problem, then disable half, rinse and repeat by half each time, and you’ll quickly figure out which one it is.

Just finished running the scan/repair, let me see what it does… the /reload didn’t fix it, tried that multiple times 
I’ll check addons next if it’s not fixed!!!
I read about that too, but didn’t find anything… and that shouldn’t cause everything in my bank to disappear
Having to keep editing because it won’t let me make a new comment… disabled ALL addons and that didn’t fix it either.
For me, when I say do a UI Reset, I mean this:
No there isn’t.
Doing a full UI reset can fix a multitude of things.
It’s reversable also.
Disabling addons can fix some things, but then you need to figure out which addon it is.
Follow the steps outlined in the article I have linked above if you want to do a full UI reset.

Oh believe me I don’t like doing it either but it usually fixes the issue. I can normally go and add my addons back also once they are updated and it doesn’t take long.

In the step where you delete the WTF folder, you can open it, dig down to a particular server and character, and just delete the data for that character, or delete it for particular addons, or whatever you want.
The Cache and Addons folder are all or nothing, not per character, but they shouldn’t have any per-character addon config stored there anyway.
For me, it turned out to be Halloween holiday stuff lingering in my bags. Once I got rid of it all, the sell junk started working again.
