Is there a way to make the UI the old ui

Theres a “classic” layout option in edit mode

Well they have a classic loadout when you go to adjust. Can try that on the PTR to see if its to your liking or not.

Otherwise going to need to use addons.

Yeah even with the “modern” and “classic” layout options you can still move stuff around to whatever you find comfortable.

There is an addon to make the Retail UI look like the Classic UI. I use it. Well, so far until DF comes out.

Thank you for this! Very helpful. Its getting much better for me now.

My only remaining complaint is that I’m finding it somewhat difficult to pick up on interruptable vs non-interruptable spells on the new frames. It was much easier to see with the old, giant shield surrounding the cast bar.

I’m having that same issue. This new UI looks better than some of the custom add-ons, but I’m way too used to the old interface at this point.

It probably works great for new players. But my eyes are used to a certain location and size of things.

I know one thing it screwed up the key binds when I tried to copy this toon over to the beta. Everything was matched incorrectly.

I really dig it tbh. The only you related thing I use now is Bartender. New UI basically let’s me emulate that and drag everything to the bottom of the screen easily
